Our first feature film, MAKE A MOVIE LIKE SPIKE, has been retitled to reflect the times: THE AMERICAN DREAM, a coming of age comedy exploring the lengths young people must go to obtain the American Dream today. See below for just a few of our upcoming screenings in Brooklyn (THIS FRIDAY @ BAM!), Baltimore, Chicago and Ashland. February 17 - Brooklyn, NY THE AMERICAN DREAM will screen at the New Voices in Black Cinema series at BAM.
March 31 - Baltimore, Maryland THE AMERICAN DREAM will screen at the WAMMFest (Women And Minorities in Media Fest). WAMMFest Guest Artists Jamil Walker Smith and Brittany Ballard will also be teaching a Master Class prior to the screening.
April 4 - 5 - Chicago, Illinois THE AMERICAN DREAM will screen as part of the Black World Cinema Series at ICE Theaters.
April 12-16 - Ashland, Oregon THE AMERICAN DREAM will screen at the Ashland Independent Film Festival. Information coming soon!
